Most Coaching Programs help the client reach from Point A to
Point B. The way they achieve this is by asking the right questions, listening
well and expecting the client to come up with their own solutions. While this
coaching process has its merits, HARK Coaching differs in its approach by
providing a framework that can make it easier for clients to reach their Point
B. Hark Coaching has the context defined (Workplace Politics), Point B defined
(Performance or Confidence) and the methodology defined (Personal
Intelligence). Hence, it is much easier for clients to fit their unique
scenarios in this framework and work with the Coach to achieve their goals.
(Please note that only the framework is defined and each client’s
journey will be different depending on his or her goals). Therefore Hark
Coaching can be looked as a Coaching + Consulting Program and is more
collaborative in its approach than traditional coaching.
